Adding Bookings to a Flight

Open Flights, click a flight to open its details, and expand the available bookings panel. This panel lists all open reservations that match the flight (date preference, region, tags, group size).

Adding a booking#

Every row offers two actions:

• Add — attaches the booking to the flight with status added. Use this when you still want to invite the passenger or confirm later.
• Add + confirm — attaches the booking and immediately sets it to confirmed, in one click. Use this when the passenger has already agreed to the date, for example on the phone.

Neither action sends a message to the passenger by itself. Confirmation emails remain a separate action from the passenger list on the flight, so you stay in control of what is sent and when.

On mobile the same actions appear as icon buttons.

Showing reservations that are on another flight#

By default the panel only shows bookings that are not yet on a flight. The toggle “show reservations on another flight” widens the list to bookings already assigned elsewhere — useful when regrouping passengers or rebalancing balloons. Adding such a booking moves it to this flight and resets its check-in for the new date.

Your choice is remembered per user: switch the toggle on once and every flight you open afterwards shows it on, also after logging out. Switch it off and it stays off. Colleagues each keep their own preference.
