Add a Region

This documentation guides users on adding a new region to the system in Quick Release.

Regions are used to add to a booking (not to a flight).

Locations are used to add to a flight (not a booking).

Locations can be added to a region. This is important to find matching bookings for a specific flight with available seats.

Feature Location

This feature can be accessed within the Quick Release software by navigating to the following path:

  1. Login to your Quick Release account.
  2. Go to the “Resources” section.
  3. Select “Regions” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on “ADD REGION” to access the feature.

Add Region

To add a new region to the system in Quick Release, follow these steps:

  • Name: Specify the name of the region in the designated field.
  • Select Region Color: Choose a color for the region to facilitate visualization, particularly in the booking list for distinguishing bookings between regions.

Details

After adding a region, you can view the details of the region, including all the locations added to the region. Additionally, a map will display all the locations within the region for visual reference.
