User Roles

This documentation provides an overview of the various user roles in Quick Release, including their access permissions and responsibilities.

User Roles

Quick Release offers different user roles, each tailored to specific needs and responsibilities within the system:

  1. Operator Administrator:

    • Access: Full access to all features and functionalities of Quick Release.
    • Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing all aspects of the system, including user management, flight operations, managing resources, settings and reporting.
  2. Operator Assistant:

    • Access: Access to flights and bookings.
    • Restrictions: No access to resources, settings and reporting.
    • Responsibilities: Assisting the Operator Administrator in managing flight operations, handling bookings, and providing support to users.
  3. Meteo:

    • Access: Access to flight-related information, particularly meteorological data.
    • Responsibilities: Providing meteorological support and analysis for flight planning and operations.
  4. Pilot/Crew:

    • Access: Access limited to flights where they are assigned.
    • Responsibilities: Participating in flight operations, adhering to assigned roles and responsibilities during flights.
  5. Report Viewer:

    • Access: Access limited to viewing reports.
    • Responsibilities: Reviewing and analyzing reports generated within Quick Release for performance evaluation and decision-making.
  6. No Access:

    • Access: None.
    • Effect: Users with this role will have their login credentials deactivated and their access revoked.
