Email Templates
Overview
Email templates allow you to create reusable email layouts for communicating with your passengers. Templates support multiple languages and can include dynamic bookmarks that are automatically filled with booking and flight details.
Feature Location
Navigate to Settings > Email Templates to manage your templates.
BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)
All outgoing booking emails automatically include the operator’s email address as BCC. This means you always receive a copy of every email sent to your passengers — no configuration needed.
The BCC address is managed by the Quick Release team. Contact support if you need it changed.
Attachments
Templates support PDF attachments that are included with every email sent using that template.
File Size Validation
When uploading attachments, the system validates the file size and shows clear feedback:
- File size is displayed next to each attachment
- Error messages appear immediately if an attachment fails to upload or exceeds size limits
This helps prevent failed email sends due to oversized files.
Template vs. Mail Attachments
- Template attachments are stored permanently and included with every email using that template
- Mail dialog attachments are stored temporarily (90 days) and are specific to a single email
Template Bookmarks
Use bookmarks in your templates to insert dynamic booking and flight data. Common bookmarks include:
