Changing the App Language

The Quick Release app supports multiple languages to cater to a diverse user base. Users can change the app language to any of the following:

  • Nederlands (België)
  • Nederlands (Nederland) - We spreken niet van vluchten, maar van vaarten!
  • Français (French)
  • English
  • Česky (Czech)
  • Deutsch (German)
  • Español (Spanish)
  • Italiano (Italian)
  • Latviešu (Latvian)
  • Português (Portuguese)

Feature location

This feature can be accessed within the Quick Release software by navigating to the following path:

  1. Login to your Quick Release account.
  2. Go to the “Settings” section.
  3. Select “Language” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Choose your preferred language from the list.

Contact Language for Bookings

In addition to the app interface language, each booking can have a designated contact language. The contact language is limited to the following options:

  • Nederlands (Dutch)
  • English
  • Français (French)
  • Deutsch (German)

Purpose of Contact Language

The contact language is used to:

  1. Pick the appropriate email or SMS template for communication with the customer.
  2. Automatically switch the language of the passenger app (UP) to match the contact language.

Setting the Contact Language

  1. When creating a booking, select the desired contact language from the available options.
  2. The system will use this language preference for all subsequent communications and app interactions for that booking.
