UP (Passenger App) Settings
Configure how passengers interact with your booking system through the UP app.
Feature Location
Navigate to Settings > UP (Passengers App) to access these settings.
Auto-Confirm
When auto-confirm is enabled, passengers can confirm their flight directly through the UP app without operator intervention.
Automatic Confirmation Email
When auto-confirm is active, you can configure an automatic confirmation email that is sent to passengers the moment they confirm their flight.
| Setting | Description |

| None (default) | No automatic email is sent after passenger confirmation |
| Select template | Choose one of your existing booking confirmation email templates |
The selected template is used to generate a personalized email for each passenger, including all booking details via template bookmarks (e.g., {{ flight_date }}, {{ meeting_hour }}).
Note: You must have at least one booking confirmation email template created before you can select it here. See Email Templates.
Completed & Cancelled Booking Protection
Passengers with completed or cancelled bookings cannot access the UP app. They will see the same screen as if they entered an incorrect booking code.
