Subscription

The Subscription page provides a central overview of your Quick Release subscription status, allowing you to monitor your plan usage, manage SMS packages, place orders, and consult invoices.

Feature Location

To access the Subscription page:

  1. Login to your Quick Release account.
  2. Navigate to Settings in the main menu.
  3. Select Subscription from the dropdown menu.

Note: Access to subscription management features requires the Owner (Own) role.


Subscription Overview

The subscription page displays two key status cards at the top:

SMS Status Card

The SMS status card shows:

  • SMS Available: Total SMS credits in your account
  • SMS Sent: Number of SMS messages sent
  • WhatsApp Messages: Number of WhatsApp messages sent (if enabled)
  • Usage Percentage: Visual progress indicator showing consumption

You can:

  • Ignore Warning: Toggle to suppress low SMS warnings
  • Recalculate: Refresh the SMS usage statistics

Plan Status Card

The Plan status card displays:

  • Plan Name: Your current plan (TROPO, STRATO, MESO, or TRIAL)
  • Seats Available: Maximum seats included in your plan
  • Seats Used: Current seat usage with percentage indicator
  • Valid Until: Expiration date of your subscription

Warning: When your plan approaches expiration or seat usage exceeds the limit, visual warnings will appear. If the grace period expires without renewal, certain features (creating bookings, flights, vouchers) may be blocked.

The Quick Release General Terms and Conditions constitute the sole legally binding reference for all pricing, subscription terms, and service specifications. In case of any discrepancy between this documentation and the General Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail. For the most current pricing information, please refer to your subscription agreement or contact Quick Release support.


Placing an Order

When your billing information is validated, you can place orders directly from the Subscription page.

Prerequisites

Before placing orders, your debtor (billing) account must be properly configured. If validation issues exist, a warning card will display the specific problems that need to be resolved.

How to Order

  1. Scroll to the New Order section
  2. Available order options are displayed as cards:
    • SMS Packages: Select the quantity of SMS packages to order
    • Plan Renewals: Suggested renewal options based on your current usage
  3. Click Add to Order for the items you want
  4. Review your order in the cart
  5. Click Confirm Order to submit

Order Status Workflow

Orders progress through the following statuses:

For pending orders, you can:

  • Confirm: Submit the order for processing
  • Delete: Remove the order

Order List

The Orders section displays all your orders with:

  • Date: Order creation date
  • Plan: Subscription plan in the order (if applicable)
  • Status: Current order status
  • Items: Product codes and quantities
  • SMS: Total SMS credits in the order
  • Amount: Order total (excluding VAT)

Invoice List

View and download your invoices in the Invoices section.

Invoice Information

Each invoice displays:

  • Invoice Number: Unique invoice reference
  • Amount: Total amount including VAT
  • Date: Invoice issue date
  • Status: Payment status

Click the download button (⬇️) next to any invoice to download the PDF.


Custom Subscriptions

Some operators may have custom subscription arrangements that are managed manually. If you have a custom subscription:

  • The automated ordering system is not available
  • Contact Quick Release support for subscription renewals and changes
  • Your plan status is managed directly by the Quick Release team

Troubleshooting

“Debtor Validation” Warning

If you see a debtor validation warning, your billing account is missing required information. Common issues include:

  • Missing company name or contact details
  • Incomplete address information
  • Missing email address for invoice delivery

Contact your administrator or Quick Release support to resolve billing setup issues.

Subscription Blocked

If your subscription is blocked:

  1. Check the expiration date on your Plan status card
  2. Place a renewal order if your plan has expired
  3. Contact support if you need immediate assistance

When blocked, you cannot:

  • Create new bookings
  • Add new flights
  • Issue new vouchers

Existing data remains accessible for viewing.
