Renewal
This guide explains how to renew your Quick Release subscription before it expires to ensure uninterrupted access to all features.
When to Renew
Your subscription should be renewed before the Valid Until date shown on your Plan status card. Quick Release provides warnings at multiple stages:
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Subscription is valid, no action needed |
| Expiring | Subscription will expire soon, renewal recommended |
| Expired (Grace) | Subscription expired, still within grace period |
| Expired (Final) | Grace period ended, features blocked |
Tip: Enable email notifications to receive automatic reminders when your subscription is approaching expiration.

Automatic Renewal Suggestions
Quick Release analyzes your usage to suggest the optimal renewal:
Plan Suggestions
If your seat usage exceeds your current plan limits, the system may suggest:
- Upgrading to a higher-tier plan (e.g., TROPO → STRATO)
- Choosing yearly billing for cost savings
SMS Suggestions
If your SMS credits are running low, suggested SMS packages appear in the New Order section.
Grace Period
If your subscription expires, a grace period allows continued access while you complete renewal:
- Default grace period: Configured per tenant (typically 14-30 days)
- During grace period: All features remain accessible with expiration warnings
- After grace period: Feature blocking activates
Blocked Features
When the grace period ends without renewal:
- ❌ Creating new bookings
- ❌ Adding new flights
- ❌ Issuing new vouchers
- ✅ Viewing existing data (read-only access)
Early Renewal
You can renew before expiration at any time:
- The new subscription period starts from your current expiration date
- No overlap or lost days between subscription periods
Custom Subscriptions
If you have a custom subscription arrangement:
- Contact Quick Release support to request renewal
- A custom quote will be provided
- Renewal is processed manually by the Quick Release team
