Calendar Sync

Pilots and crew members now have the ability to sync their assigned flights directly to their personal calendars, such as Google Calendar, iCal, or other compatible calendar clients. To enable this feature, users must first generate an ICS URL from the system. This is possible from the calendar page.

This URL can then be used to subscribe to their flight schedule in the calendar application of their choice.

Once subscribed, the calendar will display the availability status for each timeslot. Timeslots marked as “yes” or “maybe” will appear as reserved. Additionally, when assigned to a specific flight, the calendar entry will include detailed flight information, ensuring that pilots and crew can easily stay updated on their schedules and plan accordingly.
