Quick Release suggests alternative flights#

WhatsApp#

Quick Release now helps operators easily suggest alternative flights to passengers. Instead of just seeing a cancellation, customers can immediately get a list of other flights that fit their reservation. For example, a WhatsApp message might look like this:

We’d be delighted to welcome you on one of the following dates:
Sunday 14 Sep 2025 – 9 spots
Thursday 16 Oct 2025 – 4 spots
Thursday 30 Oct 2025 – 4 spots
Friday 02 Jan 2026 – 12 spots

This makes cancellations less of a hassle, helps fill empty spots more quickly, and gives passengers clear options right away.

Booking details#

As an operator, you’ll also see the exact same list of suitable flights right inside the booking detail screen, under the Flights section. From there, you can pick an options directly if you want.

Settings#

Operators can decide how many flights appear (from 1 up to 10, with 5 as the default). The system makes sure only flights with enough seats are shown, while also respecting restrictions like tags.
