Flight reminders with images#

An image speaks louder than words

Text alone can guide your passengers to the right location, parking spot, or road to take. But an image will make it clearer and easier for them to follow.

Upload images#

You can now add up to 4 images per location.

Navigate to Resources > Locations.
A new section lets you drag and drop up to 4 JPEG/PNG images, with automatic optimization for faster uploads and better performance.

Send images#

When creating a flight reminder, you can now attach 1 or more of these images.
Quick Release will only display the images linked to the selected flight location. Simply pick the ones you want to send along with your reminder message.

Important note#

You need to enable WhatsApp (contact me!) to use this functionality. From 2026, WhatsApp will become the main communication channel. SMS will only remain available as a backup when WhatsApp is unavailable or the passenger does not use it.
