Bulk Actions: Make Many Flights Public or Private at Once

Change many flights at once#

Planning next season early? Until now, hiding flights from your booking page meant clicking the visibility icon on every single flight. With bulk actions you do it in one go.

How it works#

1. Go to Flights → Upcoming and click Bulk action at the top of the list.
2. Filter the flights you want, for example the date range May–October 2027, one month at a time.
3. Tick the flights, or use the header checkbox to select all flights matching your filter.
4. Choose action → Make private (or Make public) and confirm.

Private flights stay in your Quick Release planning but are no longer offered on the passenger booking page or on your website. Bookings already on those flights are not affected, and no messages are sent.

Safe by design#

• Up to 100 flights per action. If more flights match, Quick Release asks you to narrow the filter (for example one month at a time).
• A preview before you confirm. See how many flights will change and the period they cover.
• Undo within 24 hours. Undo straight from the result, or later from the history icon in the bulk bar. Flights changed by hand in the meantime are left alone.
• Available for the Owner and Operator roles.
