Email BCC Support

Always Know What Your Passengers Receive

Your operator email address is now automatically included as BCC on every outgoing booking email — so you always have a copy of exactly what was sent to your passengers.

What’s Changed

  • Auto-confirm emails — When a booking is automatically confirmed, the confirmation email now includes your operator email as BCC
  • Operator-initiated emails — Any email you send to passengers from Quick Release also includes the BCC copy

How It Works

Quick Release uses your existing mailFrom address from your operator settings as the BCC recipient. There’s nothing to configure — if you have an operator email set up, you’re already covered.

Where to Find It

Go to Settings > Operator Settings to view or update your operator email address (mailFrom). This is the address that receives the BCC copies.

Why This Matters

  • Full visibility — Never wonder what email your passenger received
  • Record keeping — Automatic copies in your inbox for every booking communication
  • Zero setup — Works automatically with your existing operator email
