Confirm Multiple Bookings in One Go#

You can now select multiple bookings and send confirmation emails in bulk — no more sending them one by one.

What’s Changed#

Bulk Email Action#

Select multiple bookings from the booking list or flight view, then send confirmation emails to all of them at once. Each booking receives its own personalized email using the selected template.

Same Templates, Same Quality#

Bulk confirmations use the same email templates as single booking confirmations. All bookmarks (flight date, meeting time, location, etc.) are automatically filled with each booking’s specific details.

How to Use It#

1. Select the bookings you want to confirm
2. Choose the Send confirmation email action
3. Select your email template
4. Send — each passenger receives their personalized confirmation
