WhatsApp your passengers after the flight#

Many of you like to send your passengers a message after the flight — to share photos of the landing, a thank-you, or a review link. Until now that was harder than it should have been: as soon as a flight was marked as finished, the green WhatsApp reminder button on the flight page stopped working. It still looked active, but clicking it did nothing, so you ended up messaging every passenger one by one.

That was a bug, and it is fixed.

What changed#

• On a finished flight, the WhatsApp button in the messages panel now works for all passengers who flew — one click reaches the whole group, just like before the flight.
• On upcoming flights nothing changes: the button addresses your confirmed passengers, exactly as it always did.
• When the button really is unavailable (for example when WhatsApp is not enabled), it now also looks disabled instead of staying green — no more guessing why a click does nothing.

How to use it#

Open the finished flight, make sure the messages panel filter is set to this flight, and click the green WhatsApp reminder button. Pick or write your message — attach your photos — and send. Every passenger of that flight receives it.
