Passenger Comments

For each passenger, you can now add a comment. This can be used to explain the “special needs” or “assistance” needed, food preferences or a anything else.

UP (web app for passengers)#

The comment field can be updated by the passengers in their personal page.
WARNING! The comments that you write for a passenger can be seen (and updated) by the passenger if you send them the link to their personal page.

Booking list#

In the booking list, you see a comments field, showing the tags, the booking comment and now also the passenger comments for each of the passengers if there is a comment. The name of the passengers is shown between brackets.
